Pathways to Resilience offers a customizable workshop series to meet your organization’s unique goals.

Workshops are provided by expert trainers from the Pathways team and in collaboration with strategic partners, Dr. Rachel Gilgoff, Dr. Roy Wade, Jr., William Kellibrew, Ricky Robertson, Charryse N. Wright, and Ingrid L. Cockhren. We offer employee and train-the-trainer workshops, as well as individual sessions and workshop series.  

Workshop pricing is based on level of customization for trainings and whether events are virtual or in person. We aim to accommodate your budget and specific requirements. We design workshops to support a diverse range of professionals from frontline workers to executive leadership, and across sectors.

An introduction to Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and other traumatic experiences; how they can affect health and behavior; and strategies for promoting healing and preventing re-traumatization.

Building a Network of Care to Prevent and Address Trauma and Toxic Stress

Concrete tools and strategies to support youth in healing from trauma and toxic stress. This includes tools to help youth regulate their stress in the moment and strategies to use in their everyday lives over the long term.

An introduction to what it means to be a trauma-responsive organization; concepts related to workplace trauma and resilience; and strategies for supporting personal resilience and the resilience of colleagues.
