The ACE Resource Network

The ACE Resource Network is a national organization dedicated to building awareness of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and helping people and communities prevent and address the effects of ACEs and childhood stress. This includes launching The Story of Your Number campaign to build awareness of ACEs.

Sarah Marikos, MPH, Executive Director and Joy Thomas, Director of Research and Strategy are the ACE Resource Network leadership team for Pathways to Resilience.

First Chance Delaware

First Chance Delaware is led by First Spouse Tracey Quillen Carney, Chair of the Pathways Steering Committee, and encourages public, private, non-profit, philanthropic, business entities and community partnerships working to end childhood hunger and expand access to nutritious food for low-income children; promote learning readiness through literacy, health, and parent-child engagement programs; and advance the recognition of and effective response to adverse childhood experiences.

HELP PA

HEAL PA is a multisectoral and multidisciplinary coalition developed and sponsored by the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of Advocacy and Reform (OAR). The coalition consists of volunteers from a wide variety of fields, geographies, ethnicities and life experiences, and has been organized into a variety of diverse action teams focused on implementing the Trauma-Informed PA plan

The Institute on Violence, Abuse and Trauma

The Institute on Violence, Abuse and Trauma (IVAT) is a leading international resource and training center with a mission to end violence and abuse through collaboration across systems. IVAT hosts 2 international summits annually, houses 3 academic journals, maintains several research databases, and provides program evaluation, consultation, and a wide array of trainings. It is headquartered in San Diego, California with satellite offices in Hawai`i and Maryland.

National Academy for State Health Policy

For over 35 years, the National Academy for State Health Policy has been a nonpartisan organization committed to developing and advancing state health policy innovations and solutions. NASHP provides a unique forum for the productive exchange of strategies across state government, including the executive and legislative branches.

National Governors Association Center for Best Practices

The NGA Center for Best Practices teams and divisions develop innovative solutions to today’s most pressing public policy challenges. The center is the only research and development firm that directly serves the nation’s governors.

PACEs Connection is a social network that recognizes the impact of a wide variety of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) in shaping adult behavior and health, and that promotes trauma-informed and resilience-building practices and policies in all families, organizations, systems, and communities.

Prevent Child Abuse America

Since 1972, Prevent Child Abuse America (PCAA) has defined the national approach to child neglect and abuse. PCAA creates, interprets, and distributes innovative research on new and existing child abuse prevention solutions and develops a wide range of valuable tools for parents and caregivers. They also advocate for meaningful change at the national, state, and local levels and raise awareness of supportive programs that help children and families in communities across the country.

Resilient Georgia is a state-wide coalition that is developing a closely-aligned and trauma-informed public and private network working toward a united vision to create a birth through 26 year old integrated behavioral health system.
